How do I order replacement parts?

How do I maintain my cabinetry and keep them clean?
Your kitchen cabinetry should be cleaned on a regular basis. Use a soft, lint-free cotton cloth dampened with warm water. For deeper cleaning, mix mild dish washing liquid with warm water. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry immediately using another soft cloth. For more details visit our care & maintenance page.
What is the warranty on your cabinetry?
Your kitchen and bathroom cabinets are guaranteed against defects in material and/or workmanship by Normac Kitchens. Joints between the cabinets and the wall of the house/apartment/condominium, as well as the adjustments on the doors, drawers, and the lazy susans may need to be re-sealed or adjusted at a later date due to the settling and drying out of the building. This work is not under the warranty. Nature creates but never duplicates. Two pieces of wood, even from the same tree, are never exactly alike. Due to the difference in natural colour and grain, each piece of wood will react differently to the finishing materials used.
How do I identify my cabinet style, hardware name, or accessory?
First, ask your builder or property manager. You can also visit our products page for more information on styles, colours, and product codes.

Are the shelves adjustable?
Many shelves are adjustable and use standard self-locking clips.
Is it normal for cabinets to show slight colour variations?
Yes. Natural lighting, material differences, and over time can create subtle variations. This is common across the industry.
Can I repaint or refinish my cabinets?
Laminate and thermofoil doors are not designed for repainting. Wood doors can be refinished, but this is not covered under Normac Standard Warranty.
